The new BGET Credit portal is now live.
All pre-approved users have been sent an email asking them to create their password and validate their account. Please check your spam/junk mail for the validation email
Users will not be able to log into the new portal until they have validated their account and created a password.
The £150 Warm Home Discount Payment will be paid directly to British Gas CREDIT accounts on Mondays. Please advise customers of the expected timescales.
Customers who have Pre-payment meters cannot use this service. Pre-payment meter vouchers can be requested for pre-payment meter customers at https://bgetfuel.co.uk.
A customer can only receive 1 payment of £150 per household within any Warm Home Discount scheme year which runs from April 2025 to March 2026 and recipients must live in England or Wales.
Information on the status of a payment can be found on the portal in the 'admin' function whilst logged into your account.
